In Germany, called the number of refugees who arrived from Ukraine

Since the beginning of hostilities in Ukraine on February 24, about 952 thousand people have arrived in Germany. This is reported by the Federal Bureau of Statistics, which published data from the end of February to August of this year.

Most of the refugees arrived in Germany in March and April, the first months since the beginning of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine. The bureau gave the following data on the number of arrivals in these months: 431 and 198 thousand, respectively.

As reported back in early August, refugees from Ukraine complain about difficult working conditions in Europe. The Guardian wrote that lies and disinformation campaigns, in particular about the amount of support that Ukrainian refugees receive, could lead to tensions with residents of European countries where the Ukrainians who fled are looking for help.
